On my birthday in March, my housemates and I went on a hike to Mount Baldy, just outside LA. That evening, the governor announced the lockdown. It felt like our last memory of the world before the pandemic hit. Over the next two months, we filmed snippets of our daily lives, with no particular purpose, as the city changed around us. This song and this record seemed like a good opportunity to put it all together and share these memories.
